A few years ago the Lord stirred in my heart to share more. To share more of my heart and more of my home. I also had an itch to create more than just kid activities and materials and get back to creating things like digital prints and invitations and "pretty" things like I had many years back. I like to keep things organized so in my logical brain I needed to keep it separate, especially since it looks "different" than my kid activities; however, I soon found out that it is incredibly hard to navigate multiple websites and social medias for both and decision paralysis quickly set in and I stopped sharing and stopped creating. It has become clear that combining everything and sharing on this platform, one I have been building and pouring my heart into for over a decade, is the direction I need to take. Nothing will change here. I will still be sharing kid activities and children printables and resources, but I will also be sharing more of my heart and my home as well. I will be sharing more of our journey in homeschooling, homemaking, intentional parenting and living and so much more. I will be sharing my Heart+ Home design creations and whatever else the Lord lays on my heart to share. I will still be Let's Play.Learn.Grow with a side of Heart + Home. If you are here for kid content then that is the majority of what you will still see, but if you are here for the Heart & Home content you will be able to access it via the Heart + Home tab at the top of the page. No matter what you are here for, I pray that you find it useful and a blessing to your home, classroom, and heart.

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
He calls us to pray. He wants to hear from us in the good times and the bad. We need God. We need to depend on him and can turn to him in prayer no matter what. He hears our prayers and always answers according to His will. Praying and waiting humbles us before God and teaches us to rely on his plan instead of our own.
Thankfulness can change our hearts and truly change our perspective.
Paul tells us we need to give thanks IN all circumstances. In all
circumstances, we can be thankful for God's presence in our lives and
thank him for the good that he will accomplish through the trial.
