Jingle Bell Painted Christmas Garland: A Kid Made Christmas Craft

We are huge fans of no mess painting activities around here and absolutely love doing it in fun ways. With Christmas right around the corner, this no mess jingle bell painted garland is the perfect kid made decoration to brighten up any space during the Christmas season.

Start by taping down a piece of paper into a box or cake pan with lid.

Add some paint drops to the paper and toss in some large jingle bells. Little Miss wanted pink and purple to go with her pink and purple tree in her bedroom.

Have children shake the bells all around to cover the paper in paint. The bells will jingle all around for an added sensory experience.

Once that side of the paper is dry, do the same thing to the other side of the paper if you want.

Once the paper is completely dry, use cookie cutters or stencils, or even freehand some Christmas shapes onto the paper and cut out. We wanted to cut out some snowflakes so we opted to use my Cricut to cut out the perfect snowflake shapes.

Add some holes to the top and string some ribbon or twine through to create a Christmas garland and display. Make some more and decorate the whole house.

They make a great mantle garland or even a fun decoration on the wall or tree.
