St. Patrick's Day Free Printables

Hip Hip Hooray for the first day of March. I don't know about you, but I am officially over winter and ready for spring days ahead. While I know we could possibly have several more months of cold, I am 100% looking forward to warmer days and seeing some grass soon. We have had snow on the ground since before Christmas. Just when we think it might start to melt we wake up to more snow we didn't even know we were to get.

I have some St. Patrick's Day/spring themed freebies to share with you today that will hopefully help clear up the end of winter blues. These freebies pair perfectly with my St. Patrick's Day Preschool unit.

St. Patricks' Day Freebies for PReschoolers

These activities are perfect for preschool and kindergarten and work on fine motor practice, capital and lowercase letter identification, and number words.

Children will use a small rainbow colored manipulative to fill in each of the white circles on the Somewhere Over the Rainbow mat. Pom poms, skittles, or beads make great manipulatives for this activity.

Print a copy of this for your young learner and they will then use red and orange dot markers to dot the capital and lowercase letters according to the key.

And for the final activity, children will practice sorting number word coins into the corresponding number word pot. Pots and coins for numbers zero through ten are included.
