Mush! Mush! The Klondike Gold Rush is calling. This Sled Dog's Unit study is based on the famous book "Call of the Wild" by Jack London and is full of activities that focus on the rich vocabulary and historical events found throughout the book.
I personally think this book is best suited for a bit older children due to some of the heavier content like animal death and fighting, but as with all books and media, you should preview it first to see what is appropriate for your children and family.

The Call of the Wild Unit study is a collaborative unit study project that includes activities across several different subjects that you can use alongside the book The Call of the Wild by Jack Landon. You will find a student notebook in both manuscript and cursive that can be used with various ages of students and goes along with each chapter of the book.
The Call of the Wild is full of rich vocabulary so we included activities in this unit that focus on Vocabulary throughout the entire book.
